NEW ONLINE RATES FOR 2011

Rates are calculated based on age of the individual and the total number of days each person is traveling.

*The Maximum benefit for ages 70-79 is always limited to $100,000 regardless of what maximum benefit the group selects.

How to Order:

1. Click the "Apply Now" button, you will be directed to the IMG application

2. Fill out application completely

3. Once purchased you will receive a confirmation email from fulfilment@imglobal.com. This confirmation email will include your Declaration of Medical Insurance. (You will have the option to download ID cards individually - with each "date of birth")

4. Within 24 hours Insurance Consultants International will send you an email containing the following: •One PDF file with all ID cards
•Team Leader Procedure Document
•IMG Emergency Numbers
