Owner and General Managing Agent
Craig Robinson grew up and was raised in New Orleans, La and attended High School at John Curtis Christian School. There he was a member of the 1st State Championship Football team in 1975 (John Curtis is the most successful high school team in the nation, having won 26 state championship titles) that was coached by JT Curtis, the leading coach in the country with a record of 526-54-6. Craig credits much of his success to the life lessons he learned under JT Curtis’s tutelage. After spending many years on Wall Street as a financial advisor, Craig discovered the Global Health and Travel business in 1998 by accident when a stranger walked through the door needing help in renewing a policy. Soon thereafter his life was radically changed when he tried to “sell a travel policy” to Carol Hansen of Missions International who was leading a short-term mission team to Brazil. On the 3rd phone call of trying to get her business, she asked him…”Why don’t you go with us?”. Craig credit’s that trip to the Amazon as a life changing event as we would tell everyone…”the trip rocked my God Box!” Insurance Consultants International then began to focus on the mission field creating www.missiontripinsurance.com where we have created insurance plans that specifically meet the needs of short and long term missionaries. Craig has an unusual business strategy to gain clients. Mark was born in Georgia, grew up in Colorado and has moved back and forth across the country many times since college. Most recently he has moved back to Colorado from Arizona and enjoys all that “God’s Country” has to offer including skiing, hiking, biking, and volunteering as a ski coach with the Special Olympics. He is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, a veteran of the US Army and the father of 5 great kids.Having lived in Turkey; traveled to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, The Caribbean, Greece, Russia, France, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland; and served on mission trips in Japan, Ecuador and Turkey, Mark is well versed in the needs of international travelers and expatriates. Mark also brings many years insurance experience to ICI, having been in the insurance business since 1994, and he is available to find solutions to any type of international health insurance need, whether it is for individuals or groups; short or long term stays. Kristen Butler was born in Louisiana and raised in Spring, Texas. She graduated from Baylor University in 2004 with a BA in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Digital Film and Media. She is the oldest daughter of Craig and Linda Robinson, and began working full-time with Insurance Consultants International in 2006, when she and her husband, Matt, moved to Colorado to be closer to family. Starting as the main short-term group/individual processor for ICI, she learned the insurance industry and now is the VP Client Relations & Marketing to incorporate her knowledge of insurance, marketing, social media and websites. She has two sons and still continues to do free-lance video work for Christian organizations such as Compassion International and local churches. Email Kristen

Lynette Rempel was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended Travel & Transport travel school just after graduating from high school and became a travel agent. In 2001, after switching career focus, she worked in the Insurance industry for agencies such as American Reliable Flood, AFLAC, State Farm, and Allstate, giving her over 11 years of experience in the travel and insurance industry. During this time, Lynette and her husband, Shadrach, moved to Colorado. She joined the Insurance Consultants International team in 2011. Lynette brings her experience and excellent leadership skills to ICI. She is the office manager and serves the needs of travelers taking short and long term trips throughout the world. Lynette is on the board for Yobel International and is the co-founder of the Refugee Resource Center. In 2010, she and her husband decided to foster children instead of having their own, and have welcomed 3 sisters from Burma, 3 siblings from Nepal, and 5 sisters from Sudan into their family. Melissa Hinckfoot was born and raised in Columbus, Indiana. She graduated from Ball State University with a double major in Finance and Business Management. She and her husband Mike moved to Colorado in 2000. Melissa has experience in accounting as well as working and volunteering for global organizations such as Compassion International and churches, with a mission-minded outreach. Melissa joined the Insurance Consultants Team in 2012 and helps serve the needs of travelers taking short and long term trips throughout the world. She has 3 children; Sarah, Ben, and Leah. Licensed Insurance Specialist
Alicia Cox was born and raised in Sonoma, California and College Station,Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Sciences- Youth Development. After graduating from Texas A&M, Alicia worked as a teacher and missionary in China for four years where she met her husband, Kyle, who also taught and served in China. They moved back to America in July 2017, got married the following month, and moved to Colorado shortly after. They are loving the mountains, low humidity, and beautiful weather Colorado has to offer. Alicia joined the Insurance Consultants Team in 2017. In her free time, Alicia enjoys photography, reading, college football (Gig Em Aggies), and getting outside any chance she can get. Email Alicia
