You will be asked for traveler information such as name, travel dates, destination, travel arrangements, contact information, and credit card information. Once you have entered your credit card information you will see a confirmation page with your Insurance Confirmation Page (print this out) and the Insurance Certificate of Coverage (please review before traveling).
